Burberry Prorsum Spring 2009 Shoe Collection

When it comes to shoes Burberry Prorsum never disappoints.
Well maybe the colours were a little disappointing being autumny; dull and un- springly, and the collection was limited.

The focal point though was ice-pick like heels which gives the shoe a nice silhouette.

Basso Brooke Spring 2009 Shoe Collection

Turning Japanese, I think am turning Japanese, I really think sooooo!

Turning Japanese did Bruno Basso and Christopher Brooke a world of favors. The master printmakers got so much inspiration from Japan and this is reflected in their 2009 collection which is simple, colourful, amusing and lets the prints shine through.

The shoes’ heels, courtesy of Raoudi Assaf, are carved like Japanese ivory.

Anna Sui Spring 2009 Collection

Anna Sui's Spring 2009 Shoe Collection has some interesting and not so interesting pieces. You either love it or you hate it really.

I personally like these gold with egyptian style motif boots but I don't think they will be everyone's cup of tea. I also love their simplicity.

Nooooooo! Please, lets get rid of the gladiator sandal. Am so sick of it!

These sandals look so frumpy and if you are not blessed with long model-like legs, they would make legs look stumpy and short.

I actually love these boots. I love the fringe lining and I can so see myself in them with a nice short skirt or shorts.

Prada Shoe Collection Spring 2009

What does Miuccia Prada’s spring 2009 sky high shoes remind me of?

Well for one, those poor petrified girls who fell all over themselves on the catwalk trying to pull this look off.

Well Miuccia said that the reason the models stumbled and fell over was because they wore socks with the sky high shoes making walking slippery!??!

Word is Miuccia says they could knock one or two inches off the shoes to make them more comfortable. Please Miuccia Prada, do not do it!!!!!!

Beauty hurts!!! Lets deal with it people!!!
