Yves Saint Laurent's Getty Patent T-Strap Sandal, $690, are gorgeous!!!! I saw them at Harvey Nichols and Harrods and they were just striking. I had to look again and again and eventually I tried them on, and get this, they have a padded insole. Extra comfort!!!

Hi Yan, these are quite high abd comfortable to wear all day. They do also come in black.
