Marc Jacobs' Inverted Heel Pumps, $545, are just ridiculously cute. I cannot imagine how one can balance in these but I suppose it is possible otherwise they would not have made the shoes right!!! Check out Victoria Beckham in Marc Jacobs Ad campaign.
